Mysticraft Mod Pack (Addon Pack) for Minecraft Bedrock (MCPE)
Mysticraft is a Mod Pack (Addon Pack) for Minecraft Bedrock created by Gibbs_Mc9 that adds over 100 new creatures, structures, foods, and magic items to the game. Creatures include fire and ice dragons, mummies, decaying zombies, ghosts, exotic birds, gargoyles, wolves, pirates, elves, dwarves, goblins, and more. There are also new magic items like staves of ice, fire, and thunder, rings that can be infused with potion effects, and tomes that can summon zombies, skeletons, and other creatures to aid in battle. The pack also includes new structures to explore and materials to collect.
Mysticraft’s Creatures
There is a slew of new creatures added by Mysticraft, so let’s take a look at some of the most impressive ones:
Dragons
Pyre Drake: This flaming lizard is a fiery destructive force, capable of reducing any adventurer who crosses its path in the plains or forests to ash and bone.
Glacis Drake: This icy creature builds its nests anywhere as icy as it is, although it is rarer than the Pyre Drake, it is just as ferocious as its flaming cousin.
The Magma Tyrant: A formidable beast of the infernal seas, be careful around lava lakes with these monsters around.
The Wretched Wyvern: A legless dragon, an evolutionary offshoot of the drake, and a blight of stormy skies.
Undead
Mummy: These undead spawn in the desert using scarabs to attack their enemies.
Decaying Zombie: A zombie on the way to becoming a skeleton, usually clad in armor, they are used to defend structures.
Undead Miner: These zombies, unfortunately, died on the job, still clutching the pickaxes they used to mine.
Swampy: A small poisonous, it roams the swamps looking for players to hunt.
Scorched: Scorched are powerful zombies that roam the Nether burning players to a crisp.
Frostbitten: These frozen corpses wander through icy biomes, reducing players to a block of ice.
Ghost: A simple spirit haunting the Overworld, appearing in ancient cemeteries and haunted houses.
Immortal: these powerful monsters only appear during storms, do they live up to their name?
Rotten Summoner: This summoner has succumbed to its own dark spells, its totem shattering in a vain attempt to save it.
Beasts and Monsters
Chocobo – A majestic bird of the plains that can become a lifelong companion if fed with gysahl.
Fowlraptor – Semi-reptilian birds that hunt in the savanna and strike down their prey with powerful claws.
Gargoyle – Masters of camouflage, they use their stony appearance to blend in with the underground.
Meatball – An aberration of nature that spawns anywhere and wrecks havoc upon the world.
Imp – Little fiends that patrol the nether and can be knocked out of the air by any hit.
Dire Wolf – Larger and stronger than their smaller cousins, they can be tamed with bones.
Werewarg – A beast of the night that resembles a direwolf but far eclipses them in ferocity.
Wanderer – An enigmatic creature that wanders the endless end. What does it seek?
Warped Stag – A cute little critter that can help you traverse the nether.
Graboid – Aggressive worm-like monsters that stalk the badlands and desert. They detect prey through vibrations in the sand.
Humanoids
Elves: Elves are forest-dwelling creatures that have a talent for exterminating evil. They are skilled in the art of trading and can offer you a variety of goods. However, be warned that getting in their way may not end well for you.
Dwarfs: Dwarfs are another powerful species that reside in mines atop stony peaks. Though small in size, they are mighty and should not be underestimated.
Pirates: Pirates are a notorious species that have taken to the high seas. Beware of their jolly rancher and prepare to defend yourself if necessary.
Dragonkin: Dragonkin are a primitive species that call the mangroves home. They have adapted to their environment and possess unique abilities that set them apart from other humanoids.
Elders: Elders are enigmatic creatures that reside in the end. Little is known about them, and for reasons unknown, they resemble villagers.
Goblins: Goblins are a mischievous and often malevolent species that come in all shapes and sizes. From the big blue trogre to the tiny green groglin, they fill every niche and can be a formidable opponent.
New Structures:
As well as creatures, there is a multitude of new structures to explore in Minecraft.
New Foods, Materials, Armors, and Items:
No addon pack would be complete without new foods, materials, armor, and items to discover. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the new additions:
Food:
Sandwiches and new food combos
New baked goods and pastries
And much more!
Magic:
To craft most of these items, you must first craft either the spell table or the conjuring table. Here are some of the magical items you can craft:
Amethyst: upgrades diamond tools and armor, increasing enchantability and strength but decreasing durability
Mithril: used for powerful armor, weaponry, and most magic staffs
Argent: found underground, used for creating powerful swords and knockback-resistant armor
Drake bone: armor set and a sword made from slain Drake bones, as tough as diamond armor but a stronger sword
Moonstone: crystals found in soulsand valleys, used for aesthetic enhancement of diamond armor with a heavenly blue glow
Sunstone: crystals found in warped forests, used for making diamond armor glow with a fiery orange glow
Crafting Hearts:
One last piece of information that’s important to know: you lose hearts when you die. Every time you die, you lose one heart and can only gain it back by crafting and consuming it. The limit is 50 hearts.
Crafting Totems:
To craft a totem, you must first obtain a shattered totem from the Rotten Evoker or certain structures, and then mend it using gold nuggets. Once you have a totem, you can use it to craft a heart.
